Wet Into Wet
Wet your brush before beginning. Great for skies and larger areas.
Scrumbling
In this blending method, a dry bristle brush is used. I used an old oil painting brush. You are scrumbling color on top of a color that is dry.

I am having fun today just painting for me…in whimsical colors I love. I am inspired by the work of Laurel Burch and lately Tracy Verdugo. I was thinking of mother’s day coming up and how mothers pass their love and wisdom on to their young. What I love is color, and orange, purple, greens together. It just makes me feel happy. Prints, card, canvas etc. available here.
